Every episode description links here and lists the episode revision, so a report can be tied to the exact version you watched.
Anyone can report a factual error, a rights concern, or a privacy harm: a victim's family member, a case participant, an attorney, a rights holder, or a viewer. Email corrections@enteredintoevidence.com with the episode, the timestamp if you have it, and what is wrong.
Every report opens a tracked correction case with a received time and an owner. Replies to victims, families, participants, attorneys and rights holders are written by a person. Nothing is sent automatically.

| C3 | The wrong person, an unsupported allegation, a materially misleading title, a rights demand, a privacy harm, or prohibited graphic content | The episode is made private immediately and the evidence is preserved; it does not return without a full re-review |
| C4 | A source retraction, a vacated conviction, a changed plea or sentence, or another reversal of legal status | The claim is reopened, the episode and its packaging are updated as needed, and the change is documented here |
Earlier versions are preserved internally. Viewers always receive the corrected version with a short dated explanation.
Legal status is rechecked against its sources within 24 hours before an episode is published, and again at known sentencing, appeal or disposition dates afterward.
